Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all NZ orders $200 and above.
Orders under $200 - $10.00
Delivery Timeframe: 1-3 business days.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 business hours on an express service. Please note: orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the course of the weekend, will not be dispatched until Monday afternoon.
PLEASE NOTE We are unable to send to P.O Boxes, please provide an alternative address. Once the parcel is with the courier, they may be subject to delays that are beyond our control.
When your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number so you can follow your parcels delivery progress.
AUSTRALIA
Delivery is $40 NZD. Your order will be shipped using New Zealand Post International Economy Courier Track and Trace. Allow 5-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
Delivery is $80 NZD. Your order will be shipped using New Zealand Post International Economy Courier Track and Trace. Allow 10-12 business days.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Title of merchandise being shipped out of New Zealand will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- The international shipping charges above cover packaging, freight and insurance, but do not cover any customs duty tax which may be charged by the destination country. Depending on the destination, you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. The Luxe Edit will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred in your country, nor can we be responsible for any delays caused by customs.
