Thank you for shopping with The Luxe Edit.
We are a small independent boutique based in Auckland, New Zealand and carefully pack and dispatch all orders from our Remuera store.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided via email.
NEW ZEALAND
Standard Shipping — NZ$10
Complimentary Shipping on orders over NZ$200
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days following dispatch.
AUSTRALIA
Standard Shipping — NZ$40
Complimentary Shipping on orders over NZ$250
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days following dispatch.
UNITED KINGDOM
Standard Shipping — NZ$85
Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days following dispatch.
UNITED STATES
Due to recent changes in international freight and import costs, we are currently unable to offer shipping to the United States.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise a reliable and transparent delivery experience for our customers.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
We are not currently offering standard checkout shipping outside New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.
If you are located elsewhere and are interested in placing an order, please contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to assist where possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Title of merchandise shipped outside New Zealand passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
Shipping charges cover packaging, freight and insurance only and do not include customs duties, import taxes or destination country charges.
Depending on your location, additional import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.
The Luxe Edit cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If you require further information regarding import charges, please contact your local customs office.
UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES & RETURN TO SENDER
If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable to receive your parcel, your local courier may leave collection instructions or attempt redelivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection where required.
If an order is returned to us due to non-collection or failed delivery attempts, a refund will be processed once the item has been received back in original condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re happy to help.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within approximately 5 working days.
CLICK & COLLECT
Complimentary Click & Collect is available from our Remuera store during opening hours.
You will receive notification once your order is ready for collection.
